For a complete rental application, we generally require:
- Self-Disclosure Form (incl. information on person, occupation, household, and pets if applicable)
- Proof of Income (e.g., recent pay stubs or income tax assessment for self-employed individuals)
- Copy of a valid photo ID (passport or identity card)
4. Selection & Contract Signing:
After collecting all documents, the rental application is submitted to the landlord for decision. If accepted, the process proceeds to contract drafting/signing.
